Francois & Aimee celebrated their wedding at the one of a kind Casa Labia in Muizenberg. Built in 1929 to reflect the spirit of 18th century Venice, it truly reflects the opulence of that time. It suited Aimee’s personality to a T. She reminds me of a young Grace Kelly, if not in looks, then definitely in the way she carries herself.

Francois is the yin to her yang, and I loved the way he just can’t seem to stop smiling, when he looks at her. I know some people don’t seem to understand unconventional relationships, which seems strange at first glance and yet it just works. One can after all not ask who you love… (on the other hand people who love Banana on their pizza…that I can’t understand LOL). Tying the knot, after being together for 9 years just seems like the perfect way to re confirm their love. Opening the dancefloor with a group dance from the Rocky Horror Picture Show added a bit of fun to the night…
